Let’s find your perfect size

Based your style choices we recommend finding your size for

Start by measuring your foot!

In order to get a great fit, we recommend measuring your foot on your dominant side. So if you are right handed measure your right foot and if you are left handed measure your left foot. We recommend this because usually your dominant side is a little bit larger.

Watch this video from dr LIZA that goes over how to measure your foot!

Refer to the size chart after measuring.

Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and barefoot. Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA BOOTIE 2.0

These are my go to when I want some great height but have a really busy day on my feet. And the silhouette is so flattering and versatile it’s hard to not just wear them all the time. They look great with everything – literally everything and are appropriate at the grocery store so you can reach things on the top shelf, at the office when you need to let them know you’re serious, at the club when you need to seriously get down or at an event where you don’t want to be leaving early  because your feet hurt. These are it. These are THE booties.

From a clinical perspective these work well if you have bunions, hammer toes, achilles tendonosis or plantar fasciitis. Also if you have a wider forefoot but narrow heels you can still get the room you need for your feet without worrying about your heels popping out.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA BOOTIE

I love these booties with all my heart because of how stylish and supportive they are. I designed them to move like a stability control cross trainer with the biomechanics of an orthopedic rocker sole shoe. When I have a day where I’ll be on my feet running around all day these are my go to. I even wear them to travel because they have enough room to accommodate for change in foot size during long haul flights. And then when you get off the plane you’re still well supported and comfortable for the long walk. Plus they are so stylish that if you aren’t in first class they should really consider upgrading you based on your booties alone. Prepare to say thank you if you are wearing these because they are the most complimented dr. Liza shoe.

From a clinical perspective these are great for all foot types and ailments. Whether you have bunions, arthritis, neuromas, knee pain or plantar fasciitis – you’ll find a friend in these super lovable booties. These are the most *orthopedic* of the shoes but fortunately do not look orthopedic at all. They are stylish, sophisticated and unbelievably supportive. Get them.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA FLAT

I personally don’t wear flats much because if I can be comfortable in heels that feel like sneakers I’d rather enjoy the lengthening benefits of some extra height. But when I do wear flats I can’t wear something flimsy otherwise I’ll be crippled over in agony. So I designed the dr. Liza flat with an orthotic insole, stabilizing midsole and built up the sides so that there is some control for overpronation. These flats also hold an orthotic insole well and are the only dr. Liza shoes that were designed to accommodate your own custom orthotic. The other shoes have a great built in orthotic insole that work with the offloading mechanism of the shoe so need to wear your own orthotics with any other dr. Liza shoes. These are great for driving, commuting and whenever you want to look put together while staying close to the ground. They are super cute and flattering for flats!

From a clinical perspective – if you have plantar fasciitis, neuromas, arthritis etc.. you should wear an additional orthotic with these. If you don’t then enjoy as is. The vamp is cut higher and they are wider around the toes to accommodate bunions. These are a good option if you need a shoe that is easy to slip on and off without bending. If you are looking for a walking shoe please look to the dr. Liza sneaker as they will give you the support you need for long distance walking.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA PUMP

These are the first style of dr. Liza shoes that I designed and they hold a special place in my heart. Since the first generation of the dr. Liza pump in 2017 I have improved them by building heel liners right into the shoe, raising the vamp so that they don’t cut into your toes, widening the forefoot area to give you more room and using a leathers with slightly more give for a more comfortable fit. This shoe gets my vote for most improved. They were great before but are even better now. We all need a great pump in our lives and these are them. They’ll make you look great and you’ll feel amazing too.

From a clinical perspective if you have very severe bunions please ask us to custom stretch them for you so that you’ll have a better fit. The rocker sole and shock absorbing platform makes these shoes suitable for plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonosis. If you have high arches you may find these more comfortable than the lower heeled sneaker pumps. These also help correct for overpronation when you’re walking and take pressure off of your back. If you have moderate to severe arthritis in your foot I don’t recommend these pumps and would suggest the sneaker pumps or booties instead.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE DR. LIZA SANDAL

It took me 3 years to design a sandal because I had been so traumatized by the high-heeled sandals that left me with searing pain back in the day. The strap would dig into my feet and compress my bunions and the bottom of my foot would burn with pain. So when I tested the final design for these and they were comfortable I actually felt like crying. I finally had sexy sandals that were comfortable. And now you can too. Am I a magician? Maybe – just maybe I am. When you want to look damn good just put these on and strut.

From a clinical perspective – these sandals can accommodate bunions and wide feet. If you have very narrow feet these shoes will not be suitable for you. If you have very small ankles please let us know so that we can punch extra holes into the strap for you. While these sandals are amazing they are the least stable of the dr. Liza shoes so I only recommend wearing for not more that  4-6 hours a day. If you have any serious injuries please wait till you’ve healed before wearing these. If you have a wide forefoot these will work for you and if you have a narrow heel you can ask us to send you heel liners with your order. They help add an extra level of stability.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA FLAT

I personally don’t wear flats much because if I can be comfortable in heels that feel like sneakers I’d rather enjoy the lengthening benefits of some extra height. A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE DR. LIZA SLIPPER

You know how it feels so amazingly comforting when someone you love gives you a big warm hug? Well that’s how these slippers feel. Like a really good good good looking person giving you a great big hug and you release into their arms. The shearling lining and EVA platform make for the coziest embrace. And you just get to walk around your home being all comfortable and chic. And when you get things delivered and they come to your door – you don’t even mind if they see you – because you look good in your slippers. And you feel good. Really good. And yah you can definitely wear them out. Just sanitize the soles when you come back home!

From a clinical perspective these slippers have a base similar to a birkenstocks so if you love the feel of your birkenstocks you’ll love these. If you have very flat feet or are new to orthotics or orthopedic footwear it may take 1-2 weeks of wear for your feet to adjust to all this extra support. And once they do – not only will your feet feel better but your knees, hips and back will too.

A NOTE FROM DR. LIZA ABOUT THE dr LIZA SNEAKER

After designing high heels with sneaker feels I thought – we need a sneaker that doesn’t look like a sneaker that feels and functions like sneakers.  Because some days we are just so tired and worn out that we need that comforting cushiony bounce that only a sneaker can provide. When I have them – they literally put a spring in my step. I just hop around like I’m defying gravity. And wow these sneakers will add an extra pep in your step especially when you’re dancing of if someone suddenly challenges you to a race. You got this! They are superwomen shoes because while on the outside they may look like a beautiful Clark Kent but the way they act is definitely more like superman. So yes these are superwoman shoes which are obviously more super than superman.

From a clinical perspective these are doctor recommended for you if you need some support. If you have moderate to severe bunions the sneakers may feel a bit snug for the first 2 wears but once the leather molds you won’t want to take these off. These shoes have an amazing supportive insole so if you have been suffering from foot pain or are in desperate need of comfort these are for you. Get them.
