dr LIZA in Paris - the most comfortable heels for travelling and enjoying long walks in city

I spent a whirlwind 48 hours in Paris and brought 3 pairs of dr LIZA shoes from the LOVE collection - since not only are they your favourites - they're my favourites too. I wore the ballet sneakers and cloud collection socks to fly from Toronto to Paris and the ballet sneakers.
For the first day (shortly after arrival) I donned the sneaker pumps and walked to the Louvre and surrounding parks. I also did some shopping to pick up some of my favourite treats and clocked 14,000 steps. Yay sneaker pumps!
On the second day I wore the booties and walked to the Musee d'Orangee and enjoyed the art there and in the parks in the area. After that I walked to the Ritz Paris where I tried one of their new facials and stopped by their patisserie for some delightful pastries.
I walked back to the hotel and then took a car to the Foundation Louis Vuitton (too far to walk) and there I took in the magnificent architecture, films, art and climbed 5 flights of stairs. It's times like this when I'm so grateful for super comfortable shoes. Next I went to the gardens outside and walked around enjoying the beautiful fragrance of the botanical gardens and live music they had playing. As it was getting quite warm, I stopped for a mango gelato. I took a car back to the hotel and then walked about 15 minutes to a french bistro for dinner (still in the booties). I clocked close to 16,000 steps on the second day and felt great as I slipped into bed.
The stable heels worked well on the cobble streets and
the orthotic shock absorbing insoles meant my feet felt great even as an overpronator!

The next morning I wore my ballet sneakers and knee high leather socks and headed to the airport having thoroughly enjoyed my 48 hours in Paris.
p.s. Always wear compression socks when you fly! It will prevent your feet from swelling and also allow you to easily slip your feet into your shoes to spend a day walking at your destination!
